Andee Jorgensen Student Success Center
The Andee Jorgensen Student Success Center, located on the 2nd floor of Bldg. I (Robert C. Roberts Campus Center), is home to our entry advising and academic counseling staff. Each academic counselor has expertise in a special area or population and is assigned to a division of the college to provide communication between faculty/curriculum areas. Counselors work with and serve as a liaison with community agencies. Both counselors and entry advising staff are involved with recruiting at career fairs and high school visits, representing all program areas to provide general information about RTC.
Advising Appointments
During business hours the advising office offers year-round in-person and virtual 30-minute advising appointments. Appointments can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance through our advising appointment page. You can also call 425-235-5840 or email advising@rtc.edu for help with general questions or assistance scheduling advising appointments. Please remember to include your name, ctcLink ID number, and your advisor's name, if known.
- Note: Only drop-in appointments are available during the first week of the classes (Week 1) and the week before classes start (Week 0).

Drop-In Advising
Drop-in advising is designed for quick questions and pressing matters that need immediate attention. Drop-in sessions are no more than 10 to 15 minutes and are first-come first-served. Drop-ins are the fastest way to connect to an advisor but we strongly encourage brand-new students to schedule a full 30-minute advising appointment.

- Monday – Thursday from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
