RTC offers case management services to students experiencing housing insecurity, food insecurity, and students looking for resources related to their recovery.
How to Get in Contact With Nate Ezelle:
Fill out this case management referral form and get connected with services. Once you complete the form, a copy of the completed form will be sent to Nate, and he will contact you as quickly as possible.
Note: Staff and faculty can fill out this form on behalf of a student. If you are RTC staff making a referral for a student, make sure to check the "staff/faculty" box at the top of the form.
