Direct Transfer Agreement Schools
The four-year colleges & universities listed below participate in the Washington State Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA).
Benefits of completing a DTA transfer degree:
- Usually meets most or all the general education requirements at these schools
- 90 quarter credits/ 60 semester credits in transfer generally awarded, with most DTA degree transfer students admitted with junior status
- Priority consideration in the admissions for most humanities and social science majors at public universities ahead of students without a degree
Students who complete a DTA transfer degree still need to meet individual admissions requirements for the university and prerequisite requirements to the bachelor's degree program. Students should check with their intended transfer school for further details regarding any additional general education, major prerequisites, and admission requirements. Completing a DTA degree does not guarantee admission to a university/ major.
