Career exploration is the process of researching and evaluating various career options to find those that best match an individual's interests, skills, values, and goals. It involves self-assessment, researching careers, networking with professionals, gaining hands-on experience through job shadowing or internships, exploring educational opportunities, making informed decisions, and planning career goals. This ongoing process helps individuals make informed career choices and find fulfilling work.
