What is Financial Wellness at RTC
RTC’s Financial Wellness is a state literacy (education) and resource initiative that is available and accessible to both RTC students and the general public at no cost. RTC is partnered with WhichWay and the Money Smart Financial Coaching program to provide individuals with the most effective platform, comprehensive resources, and empowering workshops to support individuals in making informed and best decisions. These resources and support include, but are not limited to managing personal finances, maximizing postsecondary aid, managing college expenses/student funding, accessing education loan counseling, and prepayment programs.
- The Money Smart Financial Coaching program is a free student-affiliated financial coaching service made possible by a grant from JPMorgan Chase. Students can register here. - WhichWay is a free interactive platform that provides information to help you better manage
your personal and educational finances. With this partnership, we are able to offer
you learning content, videos and interactive exercises, budgeting and cost calculators,
loan and scholarship resources. The program allows you to create a spending and saving
plan, help you to identify where your money is going and how learn how to take control
of your debt, whether it is from loans or credit cards. We hope you take full benefit
of the following resources, which are accessible by mobile and web browser:
