Two outstanding Renton Technical College students are among this year’s top community and technical college students.
Hafnia Proctor and Leo Ragual were named to the All-Washington Academic Team and honored at a ceremony at South Puget Sound Community College. The All-WA Academic Team program recognizes students who belong to the Theta Kappa Honor Society and are committed to success in the classroom and their communities.
