Apply for Admissions through the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP)

Apply for College in 1 – 2 – 3

  1. Create an Online Admissions Application Portal Account
  2. Complete the Online Admissions Application
  3. Submit Your Application

Step 1: Create an Online Admissions Application Portal Account

Already have a ctcLink account? Log in using your existing ctcLink ID and password and go to Step 2 (Apply to a College).

A. Select Create a New Account from the Online Admission Application home page.

  1. Enter Username – Lowercase characters only.
  2. Enter Password – Passwords are case sensitive and should be at least 8 characters and include at least one numeral (0-9) and one special character (~`!@#$%^&*()_-+={[}]|\:;"  '<,>.?/). Example: Yellow!2
  3. Write down your Username and Password. You will need your Username and Password to log in again to complete an unfinished application or to apply to another college.
  4. Enter Title
  5. Enter First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
  6. Enter Name Suffix
  7. Enter Date of Birth - Click on the calendar tool to select a date
  8. Enter Valid Email Address
  9. Click on Submit to create your account.

B. Security Questions screen will be displayed

  1. Select 3 security questions and enter the answers. Please remember the answers. These will be useful if you forget your username or password.
  2. Select the CAPTCHA box
  3. Click on Submit - You will receive a one-time password (OTP) in your email

C. The Validate OTP screen will be displayed

  1. Enter the OTP emailed to you
  2. Click on Submit
  3. Your account will be created and validated

D. Log in with your username and password to start the application process. A Welcome page and Start a New Application page will display.

Step 2: Apply to RTC

Enter the following information

Application Information

Click on "Apply" button to continue the application

Personal Information

Click on Next to save the application and move to the next section.

Education Information

Click on Next to save the application and move to the next section.

Ethnicity Information

Select Ethnic Group based on the selection made in the above field. If the race you select has multiple associated Ethnic Groups, you can select more than one Ethnic Group.

Click on Next to save the application and move to the next section.

Upload Documents

Select a document type and upload the document. The document will be saved with the application.

Residency

The following questions should be answered as part of the Residency section. Some questions will have further questions on answering Yes.

Click Next to save the application and move to the next section.

Supplemental Questions

Some questions will have further information on answering Yes. Certain colleges may have additional questions not displayed below.

Click Next to see the application and move to the Review and Submit section.

Step 3: Review and Submit Your Application

In order to submit an application, please read and review the statement. Select the checkbox "Yes, I Accept" and click on Submit Now.

The form will guide you through the application fee payment process (if applicable). Once payment is received, your application will be submitted.

You may view your application on the Submitted applications page.
