The mission of the Institutional Research & Effectiveness office is to create a culture of evidence to inform decision-making at RTC.

We collaborate with all members of campus in order to support the college’s planning, reporting, and business process needs. We view data analysis through a critical quantitative framework to promote equity at RTC.

• Institutional, state, and federal reporting
• ctcLink reporting, tools, and projects
• Data, survey, and research requests 
• Data dashboard creation and maintenance
• Data support for grants and RTC initiatives 

We support RTC’s shared governance model by leading Resource & Planning Council (RPC), Data Integrity Group (DIG), Institutional Review Board (IRB), Program Review Committee, and Assessment Committee.
