A Facility Modification or Repurposing Request is intended for those circumstances in which a modification is being requested of campus facilities or grounds, or the space is being repurposed.
The following considerations need to be made:
- Impact on existing users of the space
- Current and future scheduling of activities utilizing the space
- Impact of reclassification of the space (instructional to office, etc.)
- Impact on technology and other types of resources within the space
- Cost to modify or repurpose the space and budget account that will incur the cost
- Additional ongoing costs for maintenance and/or upkeep
